Hey friends and family, thanks for tuning in today! I can’t wait to start posting work outs. I recently just moved, literally this last weekend. I can say with confidence that I am finished. Everything is done, the last thing we need to do is hang our art on the walls. *Le siiiiiigh* I can finally relax! Or can I?
I admit, I have been pretty lazy the past 4 days. Last time I really worked up a sweat was running to work last Friday morning at 4am! That was 4 days ago, you can imagine how I must be feeling. Although in my defense, I have been packing, moving, cleaning, unpacking, reorganizing, and cooking the last 4 days.
I am done with the excuses, tomorrow I’m going to the gym. I live so much closer to Downtown Bellevue which means a much better bus transportation option AND I can go to the LA Fitness in downtown. I have also been looking into hot yoga studios in the area. There is this cute place called Get Zen Hot Yoga that is a 30 minute walk from my house. An hour walk and an hour hot yoga class? Sounds like a great work out to me! They also have the $20 for 2 weeks intro package.
I’ve been doing my best to stick to a pretty clean diet while I have been inactive the past few days. I actually scored a single 17 piece set smoothie blender at Grocery Outlet the other day for $19.99! I am super hooked on it! I bought bags of frozen fruit for cheap cheap and made the most delicious smoothie this morning.
Here’s what I put in it:
1 cup mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, and Marion berries)
1/2 banana sliced
2-3 large spoonful’s of Greek yogurt (I used Greek Gods Honey)
1 tablespoon Agave Nectar
2-4 tablespoons Hemp Protein (6-13 grams)
Splash of milk!
No ice, blend and ENJOY!
MMmmmm it was so delicious! I’m diggin’ this smoothie makin’ thing! I better be off, have work to do. I apologize for such a short post, I am without internet at my house so all I post is from work! I will have internet next Monday, so you can bet your bottom dollar I’ll have more elaborate posts!
