I can feel my brain frying…….

Ughhhh this is going to be a very short post. I was really excited for today’s post too! I have my first work out for you guys! Work has been INSANE. I have had literally NO downtime to write a loooooong blog entry.

Anywho, here’s my work out!

-20 mintues incline treadmill intervals

-20 minute stair master with step up variations, 20 single step ups per leg

-10 20lb mod. barbell curls

-15/15 15lb criss cross bicep curls

-15 20lb overhead tricep extension

-20 20lb barbell skull crushers x3


-20/20 10lb shoulder raises

-15 15lb shoulder press

-15 30lb barbell shoulder row x3

I’m just getting back into lifting and I forgot how heavy 15lbs was! I’m going to take it easy because last week when I did 80lb deadlifts, I was so sore I could barely walk or bend! I love my cardio though, will never ever give that up.

Sorry for the shortness folks, I PROMISE there will be more. Today has just been over the top…. my life will slow down at some point…. right?
