Great work out this morning!
Loved the plyometric HIIT cardio training I added. Time FLEW by! I love that being out of breathe feeling, definitely beats the dull hum drum of the treadmill. I did jump roping, basketball court sprints, burpees, and switch jump lunges. Felt awesome!
I already had my cup-of-Joe and my bowl of oatmeal. I had a 1/2 cup of oatmeal with fat free milk and 1 TBSP of almond butter, delicious! I’ve been catching up on my Vampire Diaries (yes, I know….), brainstorming workout ideas for the weekend, and looking up bikini competition suits.
As far as work out ideas for this weekend, I want to lift heavy on Saturday and STRETCH on Sunday! I’m thinking dead lifts, leg press, and smith machine deeeeeeep squats. All lower body, I wanna hurt! I definitely still hurt from Sunday’s work out, I should be fine tomorrow though.
Next week I want to focus on lifting HEAVY (well, as heavy as I can), but low reps, cut time and see different results. I’ll definitely keep ya’ posted!
