New Week!

Hey guys, happy Sunday night, a new week is upon us! I’ve got a short post today, just wanted to post my workout for tomorrow. This week is gonna be a clean eating week, no cheats until Saturday when I attend a friend’s wedding!

Here’s the week’s schedule: progress

December 2 Monday – Cardio, Core, Glutes
December 3 Tuesday – Cardio, Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
December 4 Wednesday – Core, Glutes, Hamstrings, Quads
December 5 Thursday – Cardio, Core, Biceps, Back
December 6 Friday – Cardio, Core
December 7 Saturday – Cardio, Core, Glutes
December 8 Sunday – Yoga
