Just thought I would share the short bodyweight exercise workouts I wrote for the ‘Wellness Board’ at my work! I own the section on workouts, we have healthy recipes, and event dates for 5k’s, 10k’s, Marathon’s and such in the area. Pretty cool creative outlet for us while we promote what we are passionate about. Hope you guys like it! They look easy, but they will definitely elevate your heart rate and get you sweatin’. Enjoy!
