Pros: You can customize your own macro ratio plan (carbs, proteins, and fats) to achieve your goals! You can also create your own recipes and calculate the nutritional value by plugging in all the ingredients and dividing by the serving sizes. If you have a certain meal several times during the week, you can easily create a quick meal that will pull up all the ingredients for you in one click! Example: Mixed greens, 4 oz turkey, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1 tbsp almond slices – Turkey Salad. Love this app! My bikini prep would NOT be the same without it! Fat loss is a science, and this is a quick easy tool to help you. It’s free too! You can also calculate your calories burned through exercise, which in turn grants you more calories to eat 🙂
Cons: The ONLY con would be the ‘Exercise’ feature which only estimates your calories burned, it’s not 100% accurate. Use a heart rate monitor to calculate your exact calories burned.
