My schedule this month is looking crazy! Over time hours, shift coverage, CPR & First Aid training, and my birthday!
I’ve been in search of a new low impact cardio workout regimen I can do that will build my legs and challenge my cardio vascularity until my left foot feels better to run. This week I have swimming planned, but I also found a spin bike interval workout that looks pretty fun! Of course I found this workout on my favorite website: FitnessRx for Women.
I will be trying this workout after work today. Today I am working an 8:30am to 5:00pm shift covering at the Cyber Crimes Center. I had every intention to workout this morning, but House of Cards has a hold on me! I stayed up way too late watching that ADDICTING show! Even Derek is addicted, and I’ve never seen him get so into a TV show.
