Jump Tuck Burpee Combo

How to perform Jump Tuck Burpee Combo:

-Stand with feet shoulder width apart, or a little wider
-Jump high, tucking feet in towards booty, knees meeting hands at hip height
-Lower down into a plank position
-Do a push up
-Jump up!

Repeat!
