To hash tag or not to hash tag?

“To hash tag or not to hash tag?” is a question I’ve been pondering over the past 24 hours after a Facebook conversation I had with another person.

Personally, I am all for the hash tag. Other people might view the hashtag as a trend that will dumb down our society and future generations. To be honest, when the hash tag debuted in my life, I simply saw it as a typo on my Facebook feed. Then the symbol started popping up everywhere, “What the heck does this pound symbol MEAN?! What is the significance?” I asked myself. It wasn’t until I created an Instagram that it all started to make sense. The hashtag is a way to connect with other individuals on social media that share the same interests as you. A stroke of genius! Simply press the ‘#’ key, type in your interest, and you can search the vast world wide web for people who have the same hobbies, share the same passion, have the same goals, or travel to places you want to visit sharing photos of their journey. What a revolutionary idea!

I did a little research to discover the hashtag was created by Chris Messina, the founder of the consulting company Citizen Agency. In 2011, many years after Twitter was developed, Chris Messina created the tool that would take the modge podge of information on Twitter and create order and clear meaning out of it all: the hashtag. Like anything else big and revolutionary, it started out small as an idea on his blog. His idea was to use the pound symbol as a prefix to tweets, or “whispers” as he called them, to garner specific information about each post, allowing users to connect or “eavesdrop” at will. After the introduction of the hashtag, many industry experts began to actively discuss how the hashtag could and should evolve into something greater.

4 years ago the hashtag was born, and continues to connect people across the globe, as well as promote and market brands, companies, hobbies, campaigns and so much more that can fall under those categories.

These are just a few examples of the larger scale use of hashtags.

The reason I personally favor using the pound symbol in my IG captions and Twitter updates is because it connected me with other individuals on social media who shared the same passion for fitness as I did when I competed in Emerald Cup last year. I decided to do a bikini competition completely on my own without prior experience in the biggest show in the PNW. I was excited and nervous, and I only knew one person who had competed in a bikini competition before. Out of curiosity I searched the hashtag #EmeraldCup2014 to discover several competitors training for the same category and even the same height class! We immediately created a tight knit bond, supporting each other through the long months of training, intensive dieting, tears, and time spent away from family and friends. Some of the sweetest and most supportive girls I know I met using this tool on social media. To this day we still talk, encourage each other in our fitness life styles, and support each other.

Using hashtags also built my follower base during my competition prep, earning me over 10,000 followers on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook combined. I dreamt of being sponsored by a company to promote my fitness lifestyle, so I began reaching out to several companies, probably anywhere between 30-50! Companies are looking for people with a large follower base so their products has a higher outreach potential to gain new customers. After plenty of hard work, patience, and marketing myself via the hashtag, I became sponsored by two companies: Femme who provided me with endless supplements and Lenny and Larry’s who continue to bless me with the most delicious protein cookies on the market.

In addition to 2 sponsorships, I have also participated in several social media campaigns through Influenster, earning myself thousands of dollars in complimentary products ranging from nail polishes, beauty products, designer make up, treats for my dog, a Victoria’s Secret Sport Bra and Capris, and my absolute favorite prize: a $500 gift card to Victoria’s Secret! YAS. My husband was very pleased with that prize, it came at the very low price of a pound sign…. FREE.

So while others may think the hashtag is stupid as fuck, I have reaped endless benefits from it: friendships, support, sponsorships, thousands of dollars in products, and this pretty damn good blog post about the matter.

Instead of being completely disgusted with the hashtag, how ’bout we all embrace it? We could be those 85 year old Senior Citizens that refuse to use a computer or learn to text, limiting our communication with others, or we can be progressive and get with the times.

Of course, this is all a matter of opinion, so there’s no use arguing. Ha.

#RefreshVoxBox Goodies! – Featuring ‘Montagne Jeunesse Manuka Honey Peel Off’

Yay! My #RefreshVoxBox came in the mail on Thursday! So many goodies inside 🙂 Thanks Influenster for the complimentary products. It’s only Sunday and I’ve tried them all and I’m excited to share my review.3(2) My #RefreshVoxbox came in the mail Thursday while I was doing my kettlebell workout. Perfect timing! I was able to use the Montagne Jeunesse Manuka Honey Peel (visit their site for more masks!) and Covergirl Ultra Smooth Foundation right before my 3 year anniversary date with the hubby. Lookin’ and feelin’ fly 😉4(2) Along with a full size Covergirl Ultra Smooth Foundation and Montagne Jeunesse Manuka Honey facial mask (check out their FB page), I received 2 bags of Beanitos chips, a Skinnygirl Banana Oatmeal Dark Chocolate bar, Dentek Flossers, Listerine Strips, and a sample pot of L’Occitane Comforting Cream. All amazing products, some of which I will buy again in the future! 5(2) Beanitos Chips – These are so delicious. I especially loved the Nacho Cheese Beanitos. They are full of flavor, fiber, and extremely satisfying. They have a thick “oily” texture similar to San Juanitos tortilla chips, but they are full of healthy fats  from beans instead of plain grease or cooking oil. It can be easy to eat too many since they are quite yummy, so use moderation. Try them with home made salsa or guacamole. 1(2) DenTek Flossers Regular/Kids & Listerine Strips – I was actually pretty pumped to be getting both of these items! I will admit, I am not the most amazing flosser and its been a hot minute since I’ve been to the Dentist. BUT…… I’ve been oil pulling and flossing lately and I love the difference I see and feel. The DenTek Flossers I received in my voxbox have a silky tape flosser which are sturdy and won’t break mid-floss or in between tight spaces.

Listerine Strips are always good to have on hand since I don’t chew gum at work and I don’t believe in mints. I’m excited to throw these bad boys in my purse or backpack, I honestly don’t know why I haven’t bought these before! Overall, I’m very happy with these finds 🙂 6(2) Covergirl Ultra Smooth Foundation & L’Occitane Comforting Cream – At first I was skeptical of the Covergirl Ultra Smooth Foundation. I don’t wear foundation because of how thick and ‘cakey’ it feels. I even stopped using Bare Minerals powder because of how gritty my face felt. I have to admit this new liquid foundation by Covergirl is impressive. It feels light and looks ‘barely there’, not to mention I received the perfect shade for my skin. Great airbrush effect, A+

The L’Occitane Comforting Cream came in a small sample pot, great for throwing in your purse of backpack. I like the silky smooth long lasting moisturization, but the smell is a little ‘outdated.’ It honestly smells like something my grandmother might wear. Aside from the smell, I like what it does for my skin. 2(2)Skinnygirl Banana Oatmeal Dark Chocolate Bar & Montagne Jeunesse Manuka Honey Peel – I have heard great things about Skinnygirl and was pretty impressed with this protein bar! I love the taste, HOWEVER, I am STILL a faithful Quest Bar buyer! The Skinnygirl protein bars have 150 calories, 7 grams of protein, and 5 grams of fiber. I would definitely like to try Chocolate Peanut Butter with Sea Salt Bar.

The Montagne Jeunesse Manuka Honey Peel (follow them on Twitter for giveaways!) was phenomenal! I will definitely be purchasing these again in the future. I love the multiple health benefits of Manuka Honey and how clean and soft my face felt after using this mask. I would highly recommend it! I know Bartell Drugs and Rite Aid sells them for a great price. Don’t forget to check out their Pinterest Board with great ideas, products, and inspirations. Well, that concludes my review! I hope some of you find it helpful and informative. Please ask questions 🙂 2015 will be a great year for Influenster, great products, and new VoxBoxes. Sign up today @Influenster 🙂

Discoveries and Lessons Learned in 2014

2014 was a roller coaster of good, bad, ugly, great memories, sweat, and tears for me. I made a lot of progress but I also took a few steps back from time to time. I reached my goals and learned from the process it took to achieve them. I’m so excited to see what 2015 has in store, but I want to reflect on how great and not so great 2014 was, the discoveries and lessons learned:

1) I competed in Emerald Cup 2014 – This was probably one of the highlights of my year. Competing in ECUP opened opportunities for me, introduced me to new people, pushed me past my physical and mental threshold, caused me pain and tears, drove away friends and family, taught me the science of nutrition and training, made me completely broke, and taught me that bodybuilding ain’t my sport. I placed 7th out of 24 gals in my category, and had the support from friends and family that I didn’t deserve. It was an experience I will never forget, but will also never partake in again.

2) Lost a few friends – Losing friends can be a part of growing up. Some times it doesn’t phase you, but some times you think about them every day. Some times friendships can’t be mended, some times they are lost by things you did or didn’t do. Although it’s a shame, I learned to cherish the good and bad memories and just keep moving forward.

4) Did my first fitness photoshoot – In fact, I did two photoshoots this years! My first fitness shoot was so much fun! I’m not saying the second one wasn’t, but the first photoshoot was capturing me in my element and natural surroundings. My second photoshoot was a month before competition date and I was feeling carb depleted, kinda exposed in my bikini, and overall bashing myself mentally for how much farther I thought I had to go to be ‘stage ready.’ Either way, huge thanks to Amir Zahed, friend and co-worker for the great opportunity and excellent photos.

5) Became a sponsored athlete with Femme – This was extremely exciting! Femme is a brand new company in Australia with Australian and U.S Athletes. I was signed on when they first started in March, so the beginning was quite rocky, but under new management our relationship has been strong. They provide me with amazing supplements such as Femme Peach Skin Tightening Cream (my personal favorite, check out my blog post for giveaway details!), BCAA’s, Pre Workout, and Carnitine. I can’t wait to begin events with them once they grow into a larger company.

6) Made it to the morning shift at the EBC – This might not sound like a big deal, but believe me, it was for me. I was about to begin an interview process with Regus while I was on night shift (11:00am to 7:30pm) until they moved me to the opening shift (6:30am to 3:00pm). As much as I enjoyed morning workouts and my morning routine, working the night shift meant getting off way past 7:30pm once everyone has left the building. It really hurt my mental health. I was completely over working a year of night shift. Moving to the morning shift opened so many doors for me, the biggest opportunity being school.

7) Paid off my debt – 2013 hit our pockets financially in a big way: buying a new dog, being forced to move out, paying more for rent, surgery for our dog, having to move AGAIN after 5 short months, marathon in Leavenworth, Iron Man in Vancouver, etc. After the miraculous reunion with my biological family and a savings bond being passed down from my great great grandma, we were able to move and pay off our debt with our tax return as well.

8) Went to my first volunteer event – My Christian high school used to do quarterly volunteer events with Union Gospel Mission and it felt really good doing those, so I decided to do another volunteer event with my work with the Special Olympics over the Summer. We weren’t working as closely with the athletes as I thought we would be, but it felt good to be donating our time to help out with the vendor booths at the event. I want to make it a goal to do a few more volunteer events this year as well.

Screen Shot 2015-01-04 at 1.45.19 PM

9) Began my own eBay store – Talk about extra side cash! I sold basically my entire closet of unused clothing on top of other odds and ends and have probably made well over $1,000 so far! Keep it coming! I started buying half price tag items at Goodwill to resell. It’s been pretty successful, I’m excited to see how much I can rake in for 2015.

10) Took a vacation to San Diego with the hubby – We went to San Diego in July after racking up enough air miles to help out with a huge percentage of the ticket cost. We went for 5 days and literally lounged on the beach every day and drank every night. I got the worse sun burn I’ve ever experienced, but also the sexiest darkest tan. I still have swim suit tan lines on my booty.

Screen Shot 2015-01-04 at 1.49.15 PM

11) Discovered what Influenster was – Pretty much the best online discovery I’ve made this year. Influenster is platform where you can connect all your social media to increase your social impact score, write reviews to maintain eligibility for prizes, receive FREE prizes, write reviews and fulfill tasks and challenges, and earn MORE free stuff! I’ve earned Sally Hansen Nail Polish, beauty boxes, over $100 in eBay gift cards, and my FAVORITE….. the Victoria’s Secret Sport voxbox with a free Incredible Sports bra, and workout crops. On top of THAT…. I was the lucky winner of the $500 VS gift card for my YouTube review. In love with Influenster.

12) Got a Twitter account – Not proud of this one. Let’s just say I did it for Influenster 😉

13) Two of my closest gal pals got married – This was a big deal! I was a Bridesmaid for my friend Brittany and was in charge of throwing her a Bachelorette party, so much fun. My other friend Danielle had her Bachelorette party in Vancouver while Derek went to her husband’s Bachelor party in Lake Tahoe. Tons of fun, drinking, and money spent of course. Hopefully no one gets married for a while so we can recover… JK!

14) I made the decision to go to school – Biggest and most important decision of the year! I started in Fall Quarter and made a 4.0! I have no idea what I want to do, but I’m playing around with the ideas of environmental science, conservation, and/or sustainability. That’s what the first few years of college is for though, figuring out what interests you. I hope I continue to do well for the rest of the year.

15) Extended our current lease for another year – This is a huge deal for us! IN FACT…. we extended our lease for another year, so 3 years total. That will be the longest we have lived anywhere. We really love the security, the location, and how perfect our condo is. We would LOVE to own one like it some day, maybe after Derek graduates Law School.

16) Derek passed the LSAT! – We share our successes, so I feel a huge connection with him passing his LSAT. He was so nervous, but he studied his ass off EVERY DAY of Summer. I’m so happy he passed with a great score placing him in the top tier. He put so much hard work into everything he did to prepare, I had total faith in him 🙂 Now onto Law School and Scholarship applications this year!

It was a blessed year, I can’t wait to see what 2015 has in store 🙂

Influenster Gifts!

I received my Influenster prizes this week!

The first to come in the mail on Monday was my $500 gift card to Victoria’s Secret.

I’ve already made a large order taking advantage of the online Black Friday & Cyber Monday deals. I bought 2 Runway Sports Bras, a pair of workout leggings, 3 pairs of lace cheeky underwear, and 5 seamless thongs for working out. I can’t workout with a panty line, it drives me CRAZY! I’m going to wait until the Victorias Secret Semi Annual Sale for my next purchase.

Today I found another Influenster package on my doorstep with my new PUR pitcher, I can’t wait to try it! I’m excited to fill up my half gallon jug with fresh water that doesn’t taste like chlorine. Derek is really excited about this one too 🙂

PUR2I’m thankful Influenster continues to choose me for their VoxBox challenges! Keep ’em coming guys! I hope everyone enjoyed their holiday weekend, I sure did with time spent with family and a break from work and school. Right back at it tomorrow, one week of school left and I’m a free woman until next year!

It’s Only Been 1 1/2 Weeks?!

By golly, my stats are suffering! I haven’t written in what seems like a millennium, but I’m pretty sure its been a week and a half. I’ve been busy wrapping up the quarter with my essays getting more difficult, more chapters of reading assigned weekly, and math making less and less sense to me. 2 more weeks! Holy crap!

Registration for Winter Quarter classes opened this morning. I thought I would have the pick of the crop, but I was surprised that damn near every English 201 online class was FULL! I settled for an online English 201 Research Paper class by a professor who was rated a B- on In all fairness, he scored higher than my current English 101 teacher who has a C+. So far I have a 95% in my current English 101 class, so I’m not completely distraught.

I also registered for Biology 108 – Human Biology. Another online class that fulfills my lab requirement. Biology 108 is worth 6 credits. I was going to take Biology 100, but the only online teacher available received such terrible scores on that I couldn’t bring myself to register for it.

I will also be taking Math098 on campus Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30pm – 7:40pm. Looks like I will be keeping the same schedule for Winter Quarter! So psyched to keep my same routine, it’s actually not so bad.

I’ve been keeping busy hitting my fitness and health goals. I feel like some weeks this quarter I completely let myself go and only reached 3 weekly workouts. Sometimes it’s difficult to stay on top of school and training. I’ve been making it a goal to physically GO to the gym at least twice a week, and the other 2-3 days I can choose the gym or do HIIT Zuzka videos at home.

Last week I made it to the gym twice, did a killer leg session on Tuesday and an upper body, ab, and cardio workout on Thursday. On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday I did Zuzka videos at home. Holy crap her new content is KILLER! You’ll never believe it, I actually spoke with her via email directly last week!

Her original website was taken over by her previous employers and re-named Sweat Factor with new trainers added. I tried it out for a few weeks but when I noticed she wasn’t posting new videos I was upset and worried. I reached out to Sweat Factor asking where she went, and they abruptly told me my membership was cancelled and Zuzka was no longer a part of Sweat Factor. I managed to find her NEW site and tried using my old login which was invalid. I emailed her new site and was honored to speak to Z herself! I asked her what happened and she explained the whole story about her working for Sweat Factor under a work visa, how they owned all her old content, videos, etc. Now she has her own company and I love her new website layout and workouts. I might actually get a feature on her blog too!

On top of that great news, I resigned my athlete contract with Femme Nutrition and received new Peach skin tightening cream for my tush, and their new supplement line of pre-workout, carnitine, and BCAA’s! This month I didn’t receive the carnitine supplement but I received 2 flavors of their pre-workout. The Passion Fruit flavor is to die for! It gives me good clean energy without the anxiety and jitters afterwards. I used to get really bad anxiety from pre-workout like Red Line, Speed Stack, and Endo Rush. The Pineapple BCAA’s are also super tasty, I’m very pleased with the taste and quality Femme Nutrition has produced. As a sponsored athlete I receive monthly packages from them and features on their blog.

I was nominated as the lucky grand prize winner on Influenster for the Victoria’s Secret VoxBox! My YouTube Review of the Incredible Victoria’s Secret Sport Bra and workout crops landed me a $500 Victoria’s Secret Gift Card! I was absolutely thrilled when I opened the email last week! I literally had to rub my eyes to make sure I was reading the amount correctly. Apparently there were fifty $50 gift card winners and one $500 gift card winner. I feel so blessed that I was chosen!

VS2All and all its been a pretty great week and a half since I last wrote. This week is a 3 day work week, we have a 4 day weekend with plenty of food, sleep, family time, and time spent with the hubby! 2 more weeks until Christmas break, so excited! I hope everyone has a great holiday weekend spent being grateful with family 🙂

My Top 10 Fall and Winter Must Haves!

1) Almond Roca – Above any holiday dessert dish, Almond Roca is my strongest vice throughout the Holiday season. This delicious toffee almond candy has me weak at the knees every year. I told my husband he’s not allowed to let me buy the Costco sized tin when we go grocery shopping. This is the perfect Holiday candy, great for stocking stuffers, work parties, family get-togethers, or a movie night in front of the fire…. in moderation.

2) Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa – Who doesn’t love Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa?! I typically don’t drink this throughout the year, but this hot cocoa hits the spot during the cold weather Holiday season. I especially love taking a thermos of hot cocoa with the family while we go look at Christmas lights throughout the neighborhood. My favorite way to have it is in a jumbo mug with plenty of mini marshmallows, whip cream, and sprinkles!

3) Lululemon Running Gloves – Cold season is upon us, so it’s time to bundle up! Not only are these gloves super cute and fashionable, they are meant as running gloves. I sadly lost my Lululemon gloves a few years ago, I didn’t start running until last year so I never had a chance to use them for their purpose. They also have finger sensors so you can still use your phone for running apps or music. I will definitely be purchasing another pair for outdoor running this year.

4) Bose Head Phones – BEST … HEADPHONES … EVER. Once you begin using Bose Head Phones, you’ll never be able to go back to those crappy ipod/iphone head phones. Sorry Apple, I love you but Bose has you beat! Partnership perhaps? I love my head phones for outdoor running, the design of the earpiece keeps the bud firmly in place.

5) 25lb Kettle Bell – It’s been my dream for months now to own a 25lb KettleBell (GoFit)! I have been working out at home more often since I’ve been in school. Some times I don’t feel like fighting people at the gym for equipment after work during rush hour. Plus it can be so time consuming to take the bus from work to the gym. I believe it’s time for me to get that 25lb KettleBell so I can add some weight resistance to my home workouts.

6) Naked 2 Palette – I know the Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette is old news since the Naked 3 Palette released, but it doesn’t change the fact that it’s the BEST Naked palette! I bought mine off eBay for a pretty good deal. The taupe hues are complimentary for any skin type and a great look for fall. The palette includes golds, silvers, nudes, and additional warm colors perfect for the season.

7) Tarte Braziliance Self Tanner – It’s no secret that everyone turns a little pasty in the Winter when they lose their Summer sun kissed glow. However there is a solution that doesn’t require UV tanning or awful odor and color. Tarte Braziliance Self Tanner is a great self tanner that leaves your skin with a warm glow, NO orange, and very faint smell. Every product claims, “No odor!” and but that’s a lie. This self tanner has the least odor I’ve experienced.

8) Halogen Leopard Print Scarf – It’s scarf season! I’ve been opened to a whole new world of scarves. Isn’t it sad that I just learned what an Infinity Scarf is last year?! One of my favorite prints is leopard print. I traded a Fabletics sports bra for a leopard print scarf on a month ago and I’m in LOVE! I couldn’t find the exact same scarf, but I found one by Halogen from Nordstrom that is pretty adorable too.

9) Free People Floral Mesh Fit & Flare Dress – The brand Free People is boho chic which really compliments Fall using natural earth tones. I typically go for the beige, brown, and gold sweaters and tops, but I fell in love with this dress and was lucky enough to score it at Platos Closet for $20 instead of $128! Some people don’t like Free People because it’s over priced, but if you take the time to bargain shop I promise you’ll find great deals. Pair this cute dress with leggings, tights, knee high socks, boots, and scarves!

free people

10) Pandora Radio Christmas Station – What’s a Holiday Season without Christmas music?! I just upgraded to Pandora One for ad free listening, so I won’t be interrupted with Black Friday or Christmas deals allllll Holiday season. That is definitely worth the $4.99 a month. Frank Sinatra all day and night, sign me up!

What’s your Top 10 Must Have’s this Fall and Winter?

#ModaVox Box from Influenster

My ModaVoxBox from Influenster arrived on my doorstep Friday afternoon! I was getting worried it was lost in the mailing system, but alas, it was not!

I was really excited for this box since it was curated with beauty fanatics in mind. “Moda” means “fashion” or “fashionable.” Lately I’ve been OBSESSED with beauty products and experimenting with make up. I had no idea what would be in this box until I opened it.

The box was really heavy when I brought it into the house, so I opened it immediately! I wanted to see what goodies I got before I left the house for Halloween. I was doing my make up as a vampire for this Halloween so I was hoping there might be something in there I could use for my costume.

I opened the box and I received the following:

1) Rimmel London Scandaleyes Rockin’ Curves MascaraRV $5.99

2) Rimmel London Moisture Renew LipstickRV $7.49

3) Rimmel London Moisture Renew Lip LinerRV $6.49

4) Puffs SoftPackRV $2.49

5) Hair Food Moisture Hair MaskRV $14.99

6) Swiss Miss Simply CocoaRV $2.29

7) Jergens Ultra Healing Extra Dry Skin MoisturizerRV $6.99

8) Resource Sprintg WaterRV $1.49

I thought it was an interesting hodgepodge mix. I guess I was expecting something more like a beauty subscription box. The Resource Spring Water, Puffs, and Simply Swiss Miss threw me off a little bit. Turns out the Resource was VERY handy the next day (Saturday) in aiding the cure of my massive hangover! This water was packed with electrolytes which ultimately saved me! My husband Derek didn’t have any so he was much worse off than I. Definitely useful! I ended up very happy to have it!

Derek has a cold and/or allergies right now so I’m sure the Puffs will be gone by the end of the week. He said they feel just like Kleenex, but he wouldn’t spend extra money on them. We’re both pretty stickler when it comes to spending extra money on paper products we don’t necessarily need. We don’t even own paper towels or napkins! He’ll usually through a roll of toilet paper just on his nose in a week. It’s really nice to have Kleenex for him though, he’ll use the entire pack!

I haven’t tried the Swiss Miss yet, but I’ve been dying to all weekend. I will probably drink it tonight after dinner, it sounds really delicious! Perhaps I’ll pick up mini marshmallows and whip cream at Costco today, make it a decadent treat tonight!

I really liked the Rimmel London products I received! I would never think to buy them in the store. I typically don’t wear lipstick, but if I do it’s usually a neutral color. I received a bright pink color! It’s really fun but not practical for me. The mascara was really nice to receive too, although I didn’t really enjoy how ‘curvy’ the wand was. I wasn’t sure how to use it, and I didn’t really see a difference it might have made. The lip liner was cool! I don’t typically use lip liner, so I really enjoyed that this was a translucent/clear lip liner. I really hate the look of bold lip liners, so this was a great pick!

I’m the most excited to try out the Hair Food Mask I received! Retail Value of $14.99! It’s sitting in my shower waiting for me to use it today. It smells phenomenal and is made of honey and apricot oil. This product will be great for rehydrating your hair during the Winter, I don’t think this could have been chosen as a VoxBox item at a better time! This is also a NEW brand altogether, I feel privileged to be one of the first to try it complimentary. You can find this item on the shelves at Target.

Lastly, the mini travel and purse size Jergens for dry skin. I have never really been a fan of Jergens, I prefer the Organix brand for lotion. However, this is a great item for Winter and for keeping in your purse. I will be bringing this to my work place to keep at the desk. We’ll see what my co-workers have to say and see how miraculously moisturized my hands stay this Winter!

Altogether my ModaVoxBox had approximately $50 worth of products, so I’m a very happy and thankful girl! Thank you so much Influenster for another great VoxBox! I appreciate the continuous review opportunities and hope you continue choosing me for future VoxBoxes!
