Product Review: Sweet Spreads Coconutter

sweetspreads

Stars: 5/5

Cost: $12.99 for a 15oz jar

Pros: Absolutely delicious, all natural, gluten free, no additives or added sugars. You can put this on virtually ANYTHING! Amazing flavors, awesome customer service, and quick delivery! Sweet Spreads has 6 different flavors: White Chocolate, Maple Pancakes, Vanilla Cupcake, Cinnamon Roll (I want to try that one next!), Chocolate Brownie, and Dark Chocolate Mint. I bought the White Chocolate and Maple Pancakes and had it on my door step in 2 days! Try it on mug cakes, pancakes, cookies, ice cream sundaes, you name it. Great company that I enjoy supporting.

Cons: None whatsoever 🙂 Happy customer who will be ordering again in the very near future

Enjoy!

Product Review: Myfitnesspal App

myfitnesspal

Stars: 5/5

Cost: Free!

Pros: You can customize your own macro ratio plan (carbs, proteins, and fats) to achieve your goals! You can also create your own recipes and calculate the nutritional value by plugging in all the ingredients and dividing by the serving sizes. If you have a certain meal several times during the week, you can easily create a quick meal that will pull up all the ingredients for you in one click! Example: Mixed greens, 4 oz turkey, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1 tbsp almond slices – Turkey Salad. Love this app! My bikini prep would NOT be the same without it! Fat loss is a science, and this is a quick easy tool to help you. It’s free too! You can also calculate your calories burned through exercise, which in turn grants you more calories to eat 🙂

Cons: The ONLY con would be the ‘Exercise’ feature which only estimates your calories burned, it’s not 100% accurate. Use a heart rate monitor to calculate your exact calories burned.

Enjoy!

Product Review: Natural Acne Mask

acnemask

Stars: 5/5

Cost: Free! Just a few simple ingredients in your kitchen :).

Pros: Does an EXCELLENT job at diminishing scars, healing flare ups, and reducing redness.

Cons: Stings a TAD bit, don’t rub too hard into your skin.

Notes:  I like using a butter knife to spread it on evenly. Warms up on your skin and might start dripping, so don’t lay it on too thick! Don’t use every day!

Enjoy!

Product Review: Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy

aminoenergy

Stars: 5/5

Cost: Bodybuilding.com has a special! Buy two get one free for their 30 serving containers. Priced at $17.98 each. Great deal. I bought mine at the Vitamin Shoppe for $29.99, 65 servings on sale.

Pros: Amazing flavor! I bought Watermelon and it reminds me of a jolly rancher. I look forward to waking up in the morning to enjoy my Amino Energy drink at 4am before I head to the gym. Makes getting out of bed MUCH easier! Super clean, non-jittery energy. A definite pre-workout must have. Great for post workout muscle recovery as well.

Cons: None! I absolutely love this product! Definitely beats their ABB N.O drinks I was hooked on for years. I started having heart problems with those, became addicted.

Enjoy!

Product Review: Optimum Nutrition Protein

optimumwhey

Stars: 4/5

Cost: 5lbs on Bodybuilding.com and Amazon.com costs $57.99.

Pros: Really awesome price for how many servings you get! I ordered the French Vanilla Creme. Lasts forever!

Cons: Not a fan of the French Vanilla Creme flavor in comparison to the Cellucor flavors. When I received the tub in the mail, the seal was broken (not ripped off though). I’ve read past reviews where this has been an issue. Perhaps that’s the reason it doesn’t have the greatest flavor. I also don’t enjoy the ‘disintegrated’ texture when I add it to my oatmeal.

Enjoy!
